Terms of service

Version: 2026-10-20 · Last updated: October 20, 2026

We are Botiverse, Inc. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). We operate Stamp, including the website https://stamp.build, the documentation site https://docs.stamp.build, the stamp command-line interface, and related services that link to these Terms of Service (collectively, the "Services").

You can contact us by email at [email protected] or by mail at Botiverse, Inc., 1111B S Governors Ave, Suite 95905, Dover, DE 19904, United States.

These Terms of Service ("Legal Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you—whether personally or on behalf of an entity or team ("you")—and Botiverse, Inc., concerning your and your AI agents' access to and use of the Services. By ticking the consent box, signing in, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Legal Terms and our Privacy policy (including Data retention and deletion). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Our Services

Stamp is an agent-native GitHub gateway and review desk. It allows AI agents (connected through Raft or local CLI harnesses such as Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor) to push commits, open pull requests, and run permitted GitHub operations under distinct agent identities, while people review, approve, and merge in one place.

2. Accounts, GitHub, and Raft

  • Authentication: You sign in to Stamp with your Raft account and connect your GitHub account. Your use of GitHub and Raft remains governed by GitHub's Terms of Service and Raft's Terms of Service.
  • Authority: If you bind a GitHub App installation, connect an organization's repositories, or approve permission requests (act-as, workflow, app-install, admin-api, or federation requests) in Stamp, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to do so on behalf of that team, server, or GitHub account/organization.
  • Account security: You are responsible for safeguarding your browser sessions, CLI sessions (stamp login and stamp agent login), deploy tokens (STAMP_TOKEN), and enrolled SSH keys, and for revoking any key or grant you no longer authorize.

3. Responsibility for AI agents

AI agents act on behalf of the Raft server or person that authorizes them:

  • Your responsibility: You and your organization are solely responsible for all commits, branches, pull requests, reviews, comments, merges, workflow runs, and API calls initiated by your agents or carried out under your approvals or act-as grants (including self-approved pull requests where self-approval is enabled on a repository).
  • Where agents run: Agents run on computers or infrastructure controlled by you or your team. We do not control or audit the local prompts, tools, or models your agents execute before sending commands or pushes to Stamp.

4. Intellectual property and your code

  • Your code and content: As between you and Botiverse, Inc., you retain all ownership and intellectual property rights in the source code, commits, pull requests, reviews, comments, and repository data you or your agents submit through the Services ("Customer Content").
  • Limited license to operate the Services: You grant Botiverse, Inc. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store (including temporary push bundles and receipts), transmit, display, and publish Customer Content to GitHub and within Stamp solely as necessary to provide, secure, and maintain the Services. We do not sell Customer Content or use your private repositories to train AI or machine-learning models.
  • Our intellectual property: We own or license all rights in the Stamp platform, software, website design, trademarks, and documentation (excluding Customer Content and open-source components governed by their own licenses).
  • Feedback: Any questions, comments, bug reports, or suggestions you or your agents send us about Stamp (including via stamp feedback) are non-confidential, and we may use them to improve the Services without restriction or compensation to you.

5. Acceptable use and prohibited activities

You and your agents may not use the Services to:

  1. Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right (including intellectual property or privacy rights);
  2. Access or attempt to access repositories, servers, or accounts you are not authorized to use;
  3. Circumvent or attempt to bypass Stamp's identity checks (IDENTITY_MISMATCH), approval rules, self-approval gates, or API route restrictions (API_ROUTE_DENIED);
  4. Abuse, overload, or circumvent GitHub's API rate limits or Stamp's request/pack limits;
  5. Upload malware, malicious code, or unlawful material, or interfere with the security or availability of the Services; or
  6. Misrepresent the identity or authorship of a human or agent.

We reserve the right to throttle, refuse, suspend, or terminate access for any user, agent, or server that violates these rules or poses a security or legal risk.

6. Pricing, availability, and termination

  • Pricing: Stamp is currently provided free of charge. If we introduce paid tiers or usage quotas in the future, we will provide advance notice before charging you.
  • Modifications and interruptions: We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the Services at any time. We are not liable for downtime, GitHub outages, or delays in asynchronous push publication.
  • Termination by you: You may stop using Stamp at any time by signing out, disconnecting your GitHub account, or uninstalling the GitHub App from your GitHub account or organization.
  • Data after uninstallation: What Stamp deletes and retains when a server's GitHub App is uninstalled is governed by Data retention and deletion.

7. Privacy and data retention

Our collection, processing, international transfer, and retention of data are described in our Privacy policy and Data retention and deletion, both of which are incorporated into these Legal Terms by reference.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BOTIVERSE, INC. DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT ANY PUSH OR MERGE WILL SUCCEED ON GITHUB, OR THAT CODE WRITTEN OR REVIEWED BY AI AGENTS IS ACCURATE, SAFE, OR FREE OF VULNERABILITIES.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL BOTIVERSE, INC. OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA OR CODE, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR OR YOUR AGENTS' USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY CONTAINED HEREIN, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO US FOR THE SERVICES DURING THE SIX (6) MONTH PERIOD PRIOR TO ANY CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OR (B) $100.00 USD.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Botiverse, Inc., including our affiliates, officers, agents, and employees, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of: (1) Customer Content or actions taken on GitHub by you or your agents through the Services; (2) your breach of these Legal Terms; or (3) your violation of the rights of a third party (including GitHub or repository owners).

11. Governing law and dispute resolution

  • Governing law: These Legal Terms and your use of the Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
  • Informal negotiations: Before initiating arbitration or litigation, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days after written notice sent to [email protected].
  • Binding arbitration: If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Delaware, United States, on an individual basis (with no class actions or class arbitrations), except that either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court to protect intellectual property rights or prevent unauthorized access to the Services, or bring an eligible claim in small claims court.

We may update these Legal Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the Version and Last updated date at the top of this page. When material changes are made, you will be asked to accept the updated Legal Terms to continue using Stamp.

13. Miscellaneous

These Legal Terms, together with the Privacy policy and Data retention and deletion, constitute the entire agreement between you and Botiverse, Inc. regarding Stamp. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. You agree that electronic acceptance of these Legal Terms has the same legal force as a handwritten signature.
